JACCS has received various certifications in recognition of our past efforts.

The Health and Productivity Stock 2024

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) jointly select and publicly announce the "Health Management Issues" from among listed companies that consider the health management of their employees from a management perspective and are strategically engaged in such management, with one company in each industry being selected as a company with particularly outstanding health management practices.This is the first selection for JACCS.
As a company committed to health management, JACCS provides information on health management to its partner companies and encourages them to comply with laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety and to acquire certification systems.

Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization, 2024 Recognition Program (“White 500”)

This program is operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). “White 500” status is awarded to certain organizations that have been recognized as high-quality health and productivity management organizations. From 2020, based on the results of the health and productivity management survey, only the top 500 organizations from among those certified within the large organizations category are awarded “White 500” status.
JACCS has received White 500 certification in seven consecutive years since 2018, reflecting the high appraisal of initiatives it has implemented to date.

Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children (“Platinum Kurumin”)

Kurumin is a certification program for companies operated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) pursuant to the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. Under this program, companies that have introduced initiatives to support employees balancing their work with child-rearing, may receive certification by applying to the Labor Bureau of the prefecture in which they are domiciled, after meeting certain criteria.
JACCS received certification under the “Kurumin” program for the fifth time in 2021. The Company was appraised for the very high quality of its initiatives, and received the advanced certification of “Platinum Kurumin.”

“Eruboshi” Certification under the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

“Eruboshi” is a certification program for companies that have met certain criteria in their programs pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, and have been recognized for their excellence in this area.
JACCS formulated its action plan covering the period April 1, 2018–March 31, 2021, and submitted it to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. JACCS was recognized as an excellent company for its programs in relation to women’s participation and advancement, and received “Eruboshi” certification.

JACCS’ customer center received the highest rating of "3 stars" in the telephone category/email/chat category in the HDI Rating Benchmark.

In the Quality Rating (Center Evaluation) of the 2024 HDI Rating Benchmark, organized by HDI-Japan, JACCS’ customer center was awarded the highest rating of “3 stars” in the Call Log section and in the E-mail/Chat section. This was the fourth consecutive year JACCS has received 3 stars in the Call Log section, and the same rating was achieved in the Company’s first entry into the E-mail/Chat section.

The HDI Rating Benchmark is an evaluation program with four rating levels—3 stars being the highest and no stars the lowest. The evaluations utilize criteria based on HDI’s international standard, under which judges carry out evaluations from a customer perspective. The Quality Rating section is assessed using five criteria types—service organization, communication, response skill, process/response handling procedures, and dealing with difficulties.

In the 2024 HDI Rating Benchmark, the JACCS customer center was awarded 3 stars, and received the highest evaluation in the Call Log section in three criteria—service organization, response skill, and process/response handling procedures.
In the E-mail/Chat section, the customer center was appraised highly for such capabilities as “provision of support based on an approach that focuses on respecting the customer while courteously engaging with them”.

About Pravacy mark

In February 2006, JACCS received PrivacyMark certification as a business organization “having established a system that takes appropriate measures to protect personal information”, and renews this certification every two years.

ISO/IEC 27001

To maintain and enhance system security on an ongoing basis, JACCS has established an information security management system (ISMS), and has received certification under ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard relating to information security.

Scope of certification
  • Management of development, maintenance and operation of the following computer systems
    • Core system within credit, credit card and financing operations (JANET)
    • System that provides a range of Internet-based services in conjunction with the core system, for customers, member stores, alliance partners and other parties (Web system)
    • System that performs input/output (I/O) data exchange in conjunction with the core system, with such parties as member stores and alliance partners (IPC system)
