Information Security Basic Policy

To secure “trust” and “credibility” from all its stakeholders including consumers and business partners, the JACCS Group prescribes this Information Security Basic Policy for the purpose of protecting information assets held by the JACCS Group.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The JACCS group complies with laws, regulations, guidelines, obligations under agreements, and social standards regarding the handling of information assets.

2. Building Information Security System

The JACCS Group develops an information security system under the leadership of management and implements safety measures for all aspects of information security (including cybersecurity).

3. Implementation of Training and Audit

The JACCS Group implements employee training and makes efforts toward knowledge acquisition about information security. Also, the JACCS Group implements internal audit regularly and as necessary. If any violation of internal rules is found despite such measures, the JACCS Group will deal with such violation strictly.

4. Information Security of External Contractors

When the JACCS Group outsources the handling of information assets, it confirms that information security is ensured at outsourcees and appropriately manages such outsourcing.

5. Reviewing Measures

The JACCS Group continuously reviews measures formulated in accordance with this Information Security Basic Policy and makes efforts to improve security.
