Measures Against Organized Crime

To prevent harm caused by groups or individuals that seek economic profit through the use of violence, force or fraudulent methods (“organized crime”), the JACCS Group declares the following basic policies.

Basic Policies Against Organized Crime

  1. 1.
    The Group will have no relations with organized crime.
  2. 2.
    To prevent harm cause by organized crime, the Group will respond systematically and appropriately through cooperation with the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations Center, Attorneys and other external institutions.
  3. 3.
    The Group will refuse wrongful demands from organized crime, and as necessary will carry out a legal response under both civil and criminal law.
  4. 4.
    The Group will not provide funds to organized crime, or engage in any behind-the-scenes deals.
  5. 5.
    The Group will secure the safety of officers and employees who respond to the wrongful requests of organized crime.
