Measures to protect customers’ personal information

JACCS maintains a personal information protection management system in conformity with Japan Industrial Standards (JIS Q 15001) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In addition, based on thorough adherence to its Personal Information Protection Policy (which may be viewed by following the link below), JACCS is committed to further enhancing appropriate protection of customers’ personal information, credit card numbers, and other data.

In February 2006, JACCS received PrivacyMark certification as a business organization “having established a system that takes appropriate measures to protect personal information”,and renews this certification every two years.
