Employee Engagement

For a company to grow sustainably, it is important for employees to understand and relate to ideal form to which the company aspires—its vision—and have an autonomous desire to contribute toward achieving that goal. To understand JACCS’ current situation, the Company carries out engagement surveys on an ongoing basis. Based on the results of these surveys, JACCS will actively implement measures aimed at raising the level of engagement.
