Frequently asked questions (FAQ) are arranged by topic to enhance user friendliness. Furthermore, customers can make keyword-based queries, with query results displaying answers relevant to the keyword.
In addition, by refining scenarios iteratively through chatbot analysis of questionnaire responses, we are working to provide chatbot-based services that generate more precise answers.
Shifting the credit-contract application process to a web-based system
JACCS is aggressively pursuing a migration of the credit-contract application process to a web-based system, and aims to realize a contract procedures that are speedier and paperless.
The Company is also pushing ahead with development of automated credit-screening replies to web-based contract applications. Hence, we will utilize IT to build a precise, cost-effective system for credit-screening operations.
