Basic Policy on Sustainability and Structure for Promoting Sustainability

JACCS pursues sustainability initiatives, including those addressing social and environmental issues, while taking the Group’s Basic Policy on Sustainability as its focal point, along with the JACCS Group’s Mission, Vision and Values. By doing so, the Group responds to the the expectations of a broad array of stakeholders, including officers and employees, customers, business partners, shareholders, investors, and local communities.

Basic Policy on Sustainability

Based on the management principle that “JACCS contributes to the realization of a future inspired by dreams and an affluent society,” the JACCS Group contributes—through its business operations—to solutions to the challenges faced by society, while maintaining the confidence and trust of its stakeholders. Through these efforts, the Group aims to realize a sustainable society and raise its corporate value.

Structure for Promoting Sustainability

The JACCS Group recognizes that sustainability initiatives are an important task for management, and has established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the CEO. The Sustainability Committee regularly deliberates on sustainability-related issues and policy initiatives, and reports these deliberations to the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, we have established the Environmental Committee, Human Rights Committee, DE&I Promotion Committee, and Health Management Promotion Committee as subsidiary committees, which deliberate on environmental and social initiatives and report important matters to the Sustainability Committee.
